Cancellation policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund of the transfer fare.
You can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before pickup. Inside that window, contact Buddy and we will help.
Each transfer is cancelled on its own. Cancelling a return does not cancel the first pickup, and the other way around.
A new pickup time is not changed in self-serve. Contact Buddy from the trip. The new time still needs at least 24 hours' notice. An India airport pickup can be the current time or later.
