Buddy stores the account you create, the traveller name, email and mobile on a booking, the route, pickup time, flight details you choose to add, and messages on that trip.

That information is used to arrange the transfer, show it in your account, and reply if you contact Buddy.

Analytics events record steps such as a search or a selected vehicle category. They are not sent with your name, email or phone number.

Payment card details are handled by PayPal. Buddy does not store the card number.
