Buddy on Move provides pre-booked airport transfers at international airports around the world. Answers below use Buddy's current booking rules. After you book, you can message Buddy from the trip.
Yes. The fare you select is the full price for that transfer, in the currency shown as Charged in. That is the only amount charged. Checkout does not add a booking fee on top.
Add your flight number. We use it to coordinate the airport pickup if your arrival time changes. Buddy does not yet follow the flight on a live status feed.
At the arrivals meeting point for your terminal. After booking, the trip page is where the meeting note and, once assigned, the driver details appear.
The trip shows the driver's name, phone number, vehicle and registration once Buddy assigns them. They meet you with your pickup details.
After the booking is confirmed, Buddy arranges a driver. The name, phone and vehicle appear on the trip before pickup. Until then the trip says we are arranging your driver.
Your driver waits up to 60 minutes after the flight's scheduled landing, or after the pickup time on a ride to the airport.
Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund of the transfer fare.
A cancellation inside the free window is due a full refund of that transfer's fare. Buddy can return it to the original payment, to a bank account after you share the account details, or to a PayPal ID you provide. The time it takes to appear depends on the method used.
Contact Buddy from the trip. A new time still needs at least 24 hours' notice. An India airport pickup can be the current time or later. The fare is checked again if the route changes.
Call the driver from the trip page, or contact Buddy on the same screen. The meeting point and driver phone are both there once a driver is assigned.
Yes. Enter the traveller's name, email and mobile. The confirmation and driver details are sent to those contact details.
Each vehicle shows its limit. On your details you can raise the large bags up to that boot space, and add one hand bag per passenger. Both are included with the fare.
Add it as a special request. Buddy confirms whether it can be arranged for that vehicle. It is not guaranteed unless we reply that it is.
At least 24 hours before pickup. India airport pickups can be booked for the current time or any later time. Past times are not offered.
Yes. Tap Return too and choose the ride back. You get two transfers, each with its own driver, and one combined total before you pay.
