Terms

A booking is a request for one airport transfer at the fare shown before you pay. A return is a second booking. The amount on the payment screen is the amount Buddy records.

You book a vehicle category. The example vehicle describes the kind of car. A specific model is guaranteed only when the category says so.

Pickups need at least 24 hours' notice. India airport pickups can be booked for the current time or any later time. Free cancellation follows the hours published in the cancellation policy.

Driver details are added to the trip before pickup. Until then the trip shows that Buddy is arranging the driver.

The fare is paid through PayPal. Buddy does not store the card number.
